Glenwood Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner

Our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner was held this year at Dakota Bowling Lanes on Saturday, October 10, 2009. Many great dedicated volunteers showed for an amazing dinner from the Marigold Restaurant and a lot of fun was had by all in our many Bingo Bowling games. This year we had some really dedicated individuals who took time out of their own busy schedules to give to our community. We are very privledged and proud to have these people in our community and in our Centre.

Our 2008 - 2009 Volunteer Awards went out to the following extrordinary people:

The Volunteer of the Year Award: The Glenwood Bingo Crew (Carol Kilmury-Lemire,
Ron Stecki, Lucy Stecki, Jerry Holodryga and Cornelia Holodryga).

The Youth Volunteer of the Year Award: Michelle Stecki and Samantha Hunter.

The Coach of the Year Award: Derek Dagert

Breakfast with Santa - Sunday, December 6, 2009 - 9:00 a.m. to Noon!
Adults: $4.00 Children: $3.00

After you've finished eating, let the kids go shopping in Santa's Workshop! All items are only $1.50! The gifts could be wrapped and tagged and ready to be put under the tree!
